Michael Trower has worked in the Estate Agency industry for over 25 years starting as a junior negotiator in Woodingdean in the early 1970’s and subsequently moving to different companies gaining experience within the area. He started work in Peacehaven almost 20 years ago for a company called Ayling & Luck, employed as a  Senior Negotiator, this started a long involvement with Peacehaven and the surrounding areas, moving to J Wagstaff & Co in 1986 as Manager where he stayed for almost 16 years he gained considerable experience in  Managing a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties, which along with residential sales provided an interesting and unique perspective on all aspects of Estate Agency. It was unique because most agencies at that time tended to specialise in one area of agency i.e. residential or Commercial, with Peacehaven being on the outskirts of Brighton and clients wishing to instruct a ‘local’ agent to deal with their business, the Commercial element was born. As a result of that experience he also deals with commercial rent reviews, and is able to offer advice on Lease renewals and  disposal. Always striving to approach matters with the utmost professionalism Michael is currently a Fellow member of the National Association of estate Agents (NAEA) , the National Approved Letting Scheme  (NALS) and the local Brighton & hove Estate Agents. The company also has the distinction of being a NAEA Member firm which requires a higher standard of service security and assurance and is only awarded to firms that can meet much higher requirements in respect of these matters. We are governed by a code of practice that providing a framework of professional standards far higher than the law demands Again to re-inforce the professional standards full client money protection insurance is maintained to ensure that clients have the comfort and knowledge that their affairs will be dealt with correctly.
